We’re building AI workflow agents that transform how financial institutions operate, and we need a seasoned Product Designer to lead the design vision. In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end product experiences—from initial discovery through interaction design and visual systems—ensuring clarity, usability, and trust in every interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design of enterprise interfaces, simplifying intricate workflows and legacy processes into intuitive, user-centered solutions
- Translate complex banking and operational requirements into clear, functional designs that prioritize transparency and control
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define problems, scope solutions, and navigate trade-offs in fast-moving environments
- Design with ambiguity, adapting to evolving needs while maintaining consistency and usability
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, patterns, and documentation as the product grows
- Engage directly in user research, usability testing, and iterative improvements with real-world customers
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 years of experience in product design, with a focus on enterprise or B2B software
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates deep problem-solving, not just visual execution—especially for complex systems like dashboards, admin tools, or regulated platforms
- Proven ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to ensure high-fidelity implementation
- Familiarity with designing for AI, automation, or data-heavy operational interfaces is a plus
- Background in fintech, banking, or regulated industries is highly valued
Why This Matters
You’ll help define how AI agents are experienced within high-stakes financial environments—where accuracy, explainability, and trust are non-negotiable. Our agents are already live with revenue-generating customers, and we’re scaling with backing from top-tier Silicon Valley investors. This is a chance to shape the future of work in a trillion-dollar industry from the ground up.
