Responsibilities

- Partner with product managers, engineers, sales, and customer support teams to ensure effective design implementation.
- Lead collaborative workshops to align teams and support joint decision-making across functions.
- Weigh user requirements against technical constraints and business objectives to find balanced solutions.
- Evaluate and refine designs using data, analytics, and direct user feedback to ensure effectiveness.
- Support the development and ongoing improvement of the design system and brand standards.
- Keep current with advancements in design practices, product innovation, and industry trends to maintain competitive edge.
