As a Product Designer, you’ll lead the creation of clear, accessible, and visually thoughtful experiences that directly address user needs. You’ll guide design from initial exploration through to final execution—developing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that align with both user goals and product strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design efforts from ideation to delivery, translating user insights into intuitive workflows and interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure designs are practical, consistent, and user-focused.
- Develop and refine UI components that support accessibility, responsiveness, and scalability across platforms.
- Engage in design reviews and usability testing to validate concepts and improve outcomes through iteration.
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system by defining reusable patterns and visual standards.
- Work hand-in-hand with development teams to ensure design integrity during implementation.
- Share knowledge across the design team to strengthen collective expertise and maintain visual harmony across products.
- Stay informed about emerging design tools, trends, and best practices to help advance the user experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field—or demonstrated experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
- A portfolio that illustrates your approach to problem-solving, visual design, and end-to-end UX process.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for design and prototyping.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
Nice to Have
- Experience or familiarity with front-end development concepts and implementation constraints.
