Responsibilities
- Create intuitive and functional user interfaces, progressing from initial wireframes to detailed high-fidelity mockups while aligning with established design standards.
- Develop clear and structured design outputs such as wireframes, user journey maps, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively convey concepts to product and engineering teams.
- Work closely each day with product managers, engineers, and marketing colleagues to deliver seamless and refined product experiences.
- Incorporate principles of usability and accessibility into design work, with input and direction from experienced design team members.
- Leverage product analytics and A/B testing outcomes to guide design improvements and validate decisions.
- Assist in building and updating the organization's unified design system and reusable component library.
- Take part in planning and conducting user research and usability tests, then apply insights to enhance design solutions.
- Explain design choices to team members and integrate feedback to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
