Join a product-focused team as a Mid-Level Product Designer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role supports an ongoing initiative to enhance digital services through intuitive, accessible design. You’ll collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product managers to develop solutions grounded in user needs and technical feasibility.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key product features, from initial concept through to high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate outcomes
- Translate complex problems into clear, user-friendly interfaces that align with product strategy
- Work within established design systems while contributing to their evolution
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in digital product design, with a portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and user-centered thinking
- Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
- Experience working in agile environments with iterative delivery cycles
