Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews, research, and usability tests to gain insights into customer needs and challenges.
• Develop clear user flows and interaction models while advancing the evolution of the design system.
• Build refined, high-fidelity interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and visual coherence.
• Work hand-in-hand with Product and Engineering teams to simplify advanced technical capabilities into user-friendly experiences.
• Rapidly prototype and refine designs, maintaining quality while adapting to the pace of a dynamic startup environment.
• Articulate design rationale effectively, aligning user experience decisions with product vision and business objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, data, and marketing teams to guide concepts from ideation to implementation.
• Contribute to higher standards of design quality, interaction consistency, and platform-wide design integrity.
