About the Role
We are seeking a Product Designer to create seamless, high-quality experiences across financial products by turning complex workflows into intuitive, trustworthy interfaces through thoughtful design and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Create complete product experiences, guiding concepts from ideation to final implementation.
- Convert product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and refined user interfaces.
- Develop easy-to-use experiences in areas such as insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
- Develop and manage scalable design systems and reusable UI elements.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate translation of designs into functional products.
- Enhance usability by iterating quickly based on user feedback and product analytics.
- Ensure design consistency across mobile and web platforms.
- Continuously improve user interactions, accessibility standards, and overall product quality.
