Shape the future of voice AI reliability by owning the full lifecycle of product features—from concept to deployment and iteration. As a Product Engineer, you’ll work across frontend and backend systems to build workflows that turn raw data from calls, transcripts, and tool interactions into clear, actionable insights for customers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead feature development from spec to production, shipping frequently with clean code, strong abstractions, and well-tested components
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand pain points, guide onboarding, and ensure adoption through measurable results
- Design and refine core product flows such as test creation, scenario management, evaluation analysis, debugging, and triage
- Transform high-dimensional, messy data into intuitive, user-focused experiences that simplify decision-making
- Instrument the product to track usage, optimize funnels, and gather feedback for rapid iteration
- Build with reliability first—prioritizing observability, data integrity, and resilience under real-world conditions
- Communicate clearly through detailed specs, concise pull requests, and scalable decision-making
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience building customer-facing products in fast-moving environments, ideally at startups
- Proficiency in TypeScript and full-stack development using React/Next.js and Node.js services
- A track record of shipping quickly without sacrificing quality or maintainability
- Strong product sense—able to distill complexity into simple, effective user experiences
- Passion for user feedback, friction diagnosis, and refining features until they feel complete
- Deep commitment to system reliability, including monitoring, failure handling, and correctness
- Clear written and verbal communication skills that support collaboration at speed
Preferred Background
- Experience building analytics-heavy applications such as dashboards, event pipelines, or debugging tools
- Familiarity with LLM-based systems, evaluation frameworks, tool calling, or prompt engineering
- Background in real-time communication, telecom, voice platforms, or high-concurrency services
- Strong UI craftsmanship—skilled in interaction design, information architecture, and performance optimization
