Responsibilities
- Develop foundational product management skills and gain hands-on experience analyzing how conversion funnels operate
- Perform systematic product evaluations to map user pathways and uncover areas of user friction
- Monitor and analyze user feedback from reviews, support cases, and research to generate practical product improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to triage and resolve bugs, ensuring critical quality issues are addressed promptly
- Manage end-to-end execution of product projects, beginning with clearly defined launches such as landing pages and regulatory features
- Assist in designing and implementing A/B tests to validate product hypotheses
- Work closely with Design and Engineering to deliver user experiences that prioritize speed, clarity, and user trust
- Transform unclear customer challenges into defined hypotheses and structured product requirements
