Shape Strategy for Critical Medical Equipment
Lead the marketing direction for a key product portfolio across Italy, Greece, Malta, and Cyprus. In this role, you’ll develop annual plans, manage product launches, and ensure marketing strategies align with broader business objectives. You’ll act as the central marketing coordinator for Italy while working closely with European marketing teams to scale initiatives and maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute annual portfolio strategies, including product positioning and go-to-market plans
- Monitor market performance, identify growth opportunities, and adjust tactics to meet business goals
- Design and manage marketing campaigns, digital content, promotions, and pricing strategies
- Oversee budget allocation and ensure efficient use of promotional resources
- Partner with sales to align field activities with marketing direction
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
- Lead internal and external communications related to product portfolio updates
- Collaborate with European teams to share resources and maintain strategic consistency
- Support training programs and market research efforts
- Track competitive activity and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Supervise demo equipment logistics and guide junior marketing team members
What You Bring
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Minimum of four years in marketing within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related field
- Degree in marketing, clinical sciences, engineering, or a comparable discipline
- Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and capital equipment sales cycles
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, results-driven environment
Preferred Background
- Experience in digital marketing
- Prior sales experience
Tools & Technology
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools is essential for tracking campaign performance and audience engagement.
