As a Product Manager, you will drive the full lifecycle of mobile and digital games, from concept to launch and beyond. Your role is to define clear roadmaps that align with business objectives while ensuring each game delivers real value to players and meets performance goals. You'll work closely with remote design, engineering, and marketing teams to bring innovative game ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete product journey for multiple game titles, making strategic decisions grounded in user data and market insights
- Conduct customer research and behavioral analysis to identify unmet needs and shape product direction
- Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory developments to uncover new opportunities
- Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring development teams have clear, actionable goals
- Translate player feedback and performance metrics into iterative improvements that boost engagement and retention
- Collaborate with marketing to define audience segments, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Establish and track KPIs to measure success, adjusting strategy based on real-world results
- Mentor team members and contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
- Build strong partnerships across tech, art, and management to coordinate delivery and resolve dependencies
What We’re Looking For
You have at least three years of experience in game product development, preferably in the free-to-play mobile space. You’re skilled at turning data—like player behavior, retention curves, and acquisition patterns—into actionable insights. You understand user-centered design and can lead technical and creative teams toward shared goals. Strong analytical and communication abilities are essential, as is fluency in English.
Experience launching a successful mobile game is a strong plus, as is prior success in emerging markets. A background in business, technology, or product management—formal or practical—is valued. You thrive in a remote, collaborative environment and are motivated by innovation and growth.
