About the Role

  • Act as the main liaison between technical teams and corporate functions, fostering alignment and accelerating decision-making
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives such as optimizing R&D tax credit tracking in collaboration with accounting
  • Support company-wide planning cycles by shaping financial models, planning artifacts, and strategic guidance
  • Continuously evaluate and simplify processes, removing inefficiencies and measuring program success proactively

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept to measurable results
  • Experience building AI-powered or automated internal tools that improved team efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills with budgets, contracts, and resource data, and the ability to interpret ambiguous information
  • Skilled at influencing senior leaders without direct authority, including executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a talent for simplifying complex topics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background operating at the intersection of engineering and operations
  • Direct experience with procurement, vendor management, or financial operations in a technical setting
  • Participation in or leadership of company-wide planning efforts
  • Personal interest in reading, books, or written content

  • Parental leave and family-focused benefits
  • Retirement plan with company match and equity participation
  • Professional development and learning programs
  • Wellness and home office allowances
  • Free access to the company’s full suite of digital content products
