Role Overview
As a Production Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights that support strategic planning and operational excellence. You'll work closely with management to assess performance trends, evaluate risks, and identify opportunities for process optimization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Analyze performance data to inform decision-making, uncover inefficiencies, and highlight areas for improvement
- Maintain and enhance departmental tools, including dashboards and reporting templates, adapting them to evolving business needs
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of regular and on-demand reports
- Respond to information requests from internal partners and support process improvement projects
- Prepare clear, data-driven presentations and recommendations for stakeholders
- Conduct benchmarking analyses to identify best practices and performance gaps
- Track and consolidate action items, risks, and issues from multiple internal forums
- Support special projects as required, applying analytical rigor and project management discipline
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates must hold a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operational Business Administration. A minimum of three years’ experience in a sourcing or operations environment within a large-scale organization is required.
Proficiency in English and strong communication abilities are essential, along with advanced skills in Microsoft and Google applications—including Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint. You should be comfortable solving complex problems and adapting quickly in a fast-paced, project-driven setting. A proactive mindset and entrepreneurial approach are critical for success.
Knowledge of SQL and Python, or certification such as PMP/PMI, is advantageous but not required.

The role utilizes Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, with opportunities to apply SQL and Python for advanced analysis.
