Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project control plans, including cost, schedule, and risk management.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with baseline schedules and budgets for semiconductor facility projects.
- Prepare cost estimates, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to update schedules and resolve delays.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage change orders and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Prepare monthly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of project control activities and audits.
Requirements
- 20+ years of expertise in project controls, cost management, scheduling, and risk analysis
- Proven track record in semiconductor facility construction and cleanroom environments
- Experience in large-scale industrial and high-tech projects
- Strong focus on semiconductor manufacturing facilities
- Strategic oversight of project control systems
- Ensuring compliance with contractual and financial requirements
