Oversee end-to-end transformer delivery projects, beginning at internal kick-off and continuing through customer handover and the start of the warranty period. Ensure all activities meet company policies, contractual obligations, quality benchmarks, safety standards, financial targets, and delivery timelines.
What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact between manufacturing operations and customers post-sales handover
- Coordinate customer visits, inspections, and factory acceptance tests
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage change processes throughout the order-to-delivery cycle
- Monitor project costs by comparing planned versus actual expenditures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Strong initiative and adaptability, with the ability to work independently
- Proven planning and leadership abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English
- Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Swedish
- Experience managing projects in a multi-project environment
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical fundamentals
- Hold a recognized project management certification
