Responsibilities
- Guide project execution across all phases of the engagement lifecycle
- Train and mentor teams in agile frameworks, Scrum techniques, and iterative development methods
- Assist government organizations in implementing agile ways of working
- Integrate agile practices with established project oversight and reporting standards
- Track project milestones, risks, and interdependencies
- Develop progress summaries and high-level updates for leadership
- Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and other key agile events
- Promote ongoing process enhancement across delivery teams
