Responsibilities
- Lead diverse teams across multiple projects using Agile and Hybrid delivery approaches.
- Identify and help resolve obstacles that hinder progress in program or product delivery.
- Support and guide Product Owners and their teams to maintain a well-structured Product Backlog.
- Collaborate with internal departments, stakeholders, vendors, and interdependent teams.
- Conduct planning sessions to define project scope and develop release timelines.
- Facilitate team ceremonies across functions to enable development and product releases.
- Promote and strengthen project change management practices and protocols.
- Encourage team ownership while maintaining consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Support the development of leaders and Scrum Masters in lean and Agile techniques.
- Demonstrate initiative by taking on challenging objectives and contributing to enterprise-wide Agile transformation.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders, showing practical judgment and confidence in transformative environments.
- Apply innovative thinking to solve problems and convey ideas clearly.
- Maintain self-driven performance and manage tasks across all project phases.
- Respond to team dynamics by adapting strategies to enhance business value delivery.
