Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and oversee PSO studio integrations across multiple studios.
- Manage process documentation, contracting workflows, and vendor relationships, working primarily with USA-based partners.
- Provide direction and leadership across the entire lifecycle of PSO initiatives (planning, development, testing, and release).
- Support VIP operations and new studio onboarding, managing the complete integration lifecycle and maintaining dotted-line accountability to CS leadership.
- Manage program/project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within resource constraints.
- Provide cross-team support for Sweepstakes and special initiatives.
- Take existing, externally-owned systems and ensure PSO needs are clearly integrated and requirements are met.
- Serve as primary problem-solver and liaison between technical, business, and product teams.
- Lead post-program reporting and documentation refinement to establish scalable processes.
- Monitor task execution to ensure timely delivery of PSO initiatives and programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Background in project management fundamentals or Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- 2+ years of relevant program/project management experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Passion for gaming and player success
- USA afternoon availability required for close collaboration with PSO leaders in Austin, San Mateo, and Chicago
