Project Sales Engineer – Technical Sales & Customer Expansion

Role Overview

This position focuses on driving project-based sales within the HVAC industry. You will act as a bridge between technical expertise and commercial objectives, ensuring that customer requirements are met with precise, engineered solutions. Your work will directly influence project acquisition, client retention, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end project sales cycle in alignment with strategic business goals
  • Follow up on project pipelines, ensuring timely responses and accurate technical proposals
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients through regular engagement
  • Identify and approach new business opportunities by visiting potential customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet project specifications

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, or a closely related field
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in sales and project follow-up within the HVAC or climate control industry
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Dynamics, and MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical abilities and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills
  • Valid Class B driver’s license with active driving experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Residence or relocation capability to the Anatolian side of Istanbul

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
