Role Overview
This is a 6-month remote contract position supporting a critical project for a leading NASDAQ-listed technology company based in the United States. As a Python Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing system integrations that align infrastructure components with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the client’s engineering team in delivering complex integration tasks with accuracy and reliability
- Design, implement, and test backend services using Python
- Maintain data consistency and system interoperability across diverse platforms
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on technical milestones
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python backend development
- Proven involvement in integration or middleware projects
- Clear and effective communication skills in English
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Strong technical ability, even if English fluency is still developing
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
- Availability to attend meetings during US Eastern Time business hours
- Experience with Slack, Jira, and Git in distributed work environments
- Prior work with large enterprises or publicly traded technology firms
Work Environment
This role is fully remote with no location restrictions. However, the ability to sync with the team during EST business hours is preferred. You’ll operate in an asynchronous, self-directed culture using standard collaboration tools.
Compensation & Engagement
