CI&T is looking for a Mid-Level QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality of multiple systems for a significant US customer. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams distributed between the USA and Brazil, requiring effective communication and advanced proficiency in English.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing scenarios based on business requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases, focusing on both manual and automated testing.
- Implement the Test Pyramid in our testing strategy.
- Perform manual and automation testing.
- Utilize Cypress for end-to-end tests and Postman for API tests.
- Apply BDD with Gherkin methodologies.
- Work within a mature DevOps environment with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of the Test Pyramid and its application in testing strategy.
- Proven experience in test planning, writing test cases, and executing tests.
- Familiarity with test automation tools, particularly Cypress and Postman.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
- Advanced-level communication skills in English.
