Responsibilities
- Create, update, and carry out detailed test cases derived from product requirements and technical specifications
- Examine system requirements and user stories to assess testing needs and build thorough test approaches
- Detect, log, and monitor software bugs while partnering with developers to replicate problems and confirm resolutions
- Generate and sustain testing records such as test scenarios, test datasets, and outcome reports
- Conduct regression testing to confirm that recent code updates do not disrupt current features
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to resolve issues quickly and uphold release quality
- Support ongoing enhancements to testing methodologies, procedures, and tooling
