Responsibilities
- Create and manage automated test scripts to validate software performance and stability.
- Work closely with development teams, product managers, and offshore quality engineering groups to support successful product releases.
- Investigate and integrate artificial intelligence-driven testing methods to boost testing speed and coverage.
- Participate in planning test strategies, reviewing requirements, analyzing defects, and driving ongoing process improvements.
- Maintain clear communication across different time zones to ensure team alignment and project momentum.
- Utilize knowledge of bond markets, if available, to strengthen understanding of financial domain contexts.
