About the Role

What You'll Do

Work directly with the Revenue Cycle Management team to develop and manage reports and dashboards that inform business decisions across departments. You'll analyze revenue data to verify accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions to maintain data quality. Look for ways to streamline operations by evaluating current workflows and recommending automation solutions. Respond to daily operational requests and contribute to team objectives tied to key performance indicators. Gather input from stakeholders across functions and translate their needs into clear, actionable requirements. Take part in special initiatives as needed to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is required. You should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with a solid understanding of financial reporting and process optimization. Prior experience working with practice management systems is essential. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to collaborate across teams to solve problems and improve system performance.
