Rho is looking for a React Native Engineer to join its core product team building the all-in-one commercial banking platform. This hands-on role focuses on developing and scaling cross-platform mobile applications using Expo and React Native, requiring close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers.
What You'll Do
- Develop and optimize cross-platform mobile applications using Expo and React Native.
- Deliver robust and high-performance mobile features.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of professional experience developing mobile applications, with a strong focus on Expo and React Native.
- Deep understanding of mobile development best practices, performance optimization, and mobile UI/UX principles.
- Proficiency in TypeScript for building maintainable and scalable codebases.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with distributed systems, RESTful APIs, or GraphQL endpoints.
- Track record of collaborating in cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product features.
- Experience in a start-up or enterprise within a highly technical market segment, such as AI, security, finance, blockchain, or infrastructure.
- Demonstrated strength in UX and a customer-centric approach to building features.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with React web applications.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as GCP or AWS.
- Experience with application deployment and CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
- Knowledge of accounting or financial software.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
