ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for our ABA Therapy roles. You'll work EST hours from a remote location, guiding candidates from initial contact through to onboarding.
What You'll Do
- Review incoming resumes and assess candidate suitability.
- Conduct initial phone screens and deeper interview rounds.
- Represent the company with professionalism and warmth during all candidate interactions.
- Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Maintain candidate records and communicate status updates to internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent and professional English communication skills.
- Patient and friendly phone demeanour.
- An energetic, personable, and professional approach.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Confident navigating MS Office and Outlook.
- A fixed fibre internet line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload and download, supporting a wired Ethernet connection.
- A reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages.
Nice to Have
- Experience in recruiting, HR, or onboarding processes.
- A background in the ABA therapy industry.
