Regional Sales Manager, Norway (Remote)
Drive new enterprise revenue by leading the full sales cycle for a market-leading cybersecurity platform. You'll focus on high-complexity accounts across Norway, identifying strategic opportunities, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, and closing deals that align with long-term customer goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales efforts for enterprise clients, from initial prospecting through deal closure and early account transition
- Design and execute tailored account plans that address specific business challenges and align with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with sales engineering, customer success, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences
- Utilize flexible licensing models to structure solutions that scale with customer needs
- Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain up-to-date records in CRM and marketing systems
- Build credibility with C-suite and senior leaders by demonstrating clear business value
- Support onboarding and early adoption, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions
- Share customer insights to inform product development and service improvements
Qualifications
- Proven track record selling enterprise software, particularly in cybersecurity or cloud-based solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise decision-making structures and procurement processes
- Advanced negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years in enterprise sales preferred
- Experience selling into public sector or regulated industries is a plus
Work Environment
This is a remote position based in Norway, with field engagement as needed. Work is conducted independently, with regular collaboration across distributed teams. The role requires travel within the region to meet clients and partners in person.
