Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of e-commerce websites, ensuring intuitive navigation and reliable performance
- Address customer questions promptly and guide them toward suitable products
- Enhance product listings with accurate details, optimized descriptions, and coordinated visual elements
- Establish connections with content creators, influencers, and aligned businesses to expand reach
- Work with internal teams to shape promotional strategies, page layouts, and marketing concepts
- Adjust pricing based on market trends and organizational goals
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to maintain product availability
- Design and manage pay-per-click advertising efforts and social media interactions
- Handle additional tasks as needed to support platform growth and efficiency
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of one year in e-commerce, content management, or a related field
- Proven experience managing products, content, and inventory systems
- Familiarity with SEO principles, particularly non-technical optimization techniques
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms
- Strong written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
- Skilled in crafting and refining product copy
- Experience using Google Analytics for tracking and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data handling
- Basic understanding of CSS media queries for responsive design adjustments
Work Environment

Compensation & Benefits
