Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Remote Revit Architect experienced in U.S. building practices and project delivery. In this role, you’ll play a central part in advancing architectural projects from early design through construction documentation and permitting. Your work will directly support project teams serving clients across the North American market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive construction documentation sets using Revit and Archicad
- Prepare and coordinate drawings for building permit submissions
- Produce accurate 3D models and design visualizations
- Support client-facing presentations with clear, professional visuals and documentation
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure alignment with U.S. building codes and standards
What You’ll Need
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and Archicad
- Proven track record working on U.S.-based architecture projects
- Thorough understanding of U.S. building systems, local regulations, and professional workflows
- Fluent English communication, both written and verbal
- Strong initiative and the ability to communicate effectively with project teams and clients
- Full-time availability and the ability to build trusted working relationships remotely
- Must be based in Latin America
