What You'll Do
- Conduct scheduled video visits with patients to support their ongoing care
- Review and update patient records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
- Guide individuals through their weight management journey with empathy and clinical insight
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, spoken and written
- Ability to work independently from a secure home office setup
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a modern computer with webcam
Preferred Qualifications
- Current RMA or LPN certification
- At least three years of hands-on experience in a clinical support role
- Associate degree in a relevant healthcare field
