Truelogic Software seeks a Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for a fintech client in the mortgage space. You'll join a diverse, global network of 600+ professionals, applying your Ruby expertise to build robust financial technology solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop, test, and deploy Ruby applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in the Ruby programming language.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with the Ruby on Rails framework.
- Familiarity with Git for version control.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with React for front-end development.
- Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and related frameworks.
- Experience with API design and development.
