About the Role

Manage and strengthen a growing network of repairer partners across the North Island, focusing on seamless onboarding, long-term engagement, and platform adoption. You'll be the primary point of contact from first interaction through ongoing support, ensuring repairers understand the full value of the platform and are equipped to use it effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a prioritised pipeline of repairer onboarding, working with both national chains and independent businesses to ensure smooth integration.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, deliver tailored demonstrations, and develop proposals that align with each repairer’s operational needs and challenges.
  • Provide ongoing support to increase platform usage and resolve pain points, helping existing partners get more value over time.
  • Act as a bridge between the field and internal teams—gathering insights from repairers and delivering structured feedback to product, engineering, and leadership.
  • Anticipate customer questions by identifying common gaps in knowledge and creating proactive resources or processes to address them.
  • Stay ahead of industry shifts and internal growth, continuously developing your expertise to support the company’s evolving needs.

What We’re Looking For

You have direct experience working with automotive repair businesses—either as part of a collision repair operation or as a supplier. You’re skilled at managing multiple accounts efficiently, delivering strong customer outcomes, and communicating clearly in English.

Experience in tech sales, key account management, or business development within a fast-paced startup environment is a plus. So is background in automotive e-commerce or customer service. We value experience across diverse regions and cultures, especially when it comes to adapting communication and problem-solving approaches.
