As a Reporting Functional Consultant, you will lead the design and delivery of reporting and analytics solutions for clients using a modern cloud platform. Your role involves understanding business needs, translating them into effective reports and dashboards, and ensuring users can make data-driven decisions across HR and Finance functions.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with clients to identify reporting needs and define key performance metrics
- Design and configure reports, dashboards, and analytics workspaces using native tools
- Apply best practices in data visualization and usability to create intuitive reporting experiences
- Work alongside functional and technical teams to integrate reporting solutions into broader system implementations
- Conduct testing, validation, and user training to ensure successful adoption
- Provide ongoing support after go-live and lead enhancements based on evolving requirements
- Take ownership of reporting workstreams, client communication, and solution design—scaled to experience level
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, tooling, and methodology improvements
What We’re Looking For
At the P2 level, you bring 1–3 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or business systems, with exposure to reporting in enterprise platforms. P3 candidates typically have 3–6 years of experience, including time spent leading reporting efforts within larger projects. P4 roles require 6+ years, with a track record of leading end-to-end analytics implementations and advising senior stakeholders.
All levels require strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences. Experience with cloud-based HR or financial systems is essential, and familiarity with data integration concepts—such as APIs, ETL, and security models—adds value.
Preferred Background
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Advanced Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, or Prism Analytics
- Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Financials, or Planning domains
- Understanding of data visualization principles and user-centered design
- Experience working in global, virtual teams or with multinational organizations
- Ability to travel up to 30%, as needed
- Additional language skills relevant to your region
