As a Research Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping data products that inform high-stakes investment decisions. You'll work directly with large, non-traditional datasets to identify meaningful patterns, delivering clear, evidence-based insights that drive client strategy and product evolution.
What You’ll Do
- Extract and interpret trends from complex data using advanced SQL queries, building analyses around market penetration, customer cohorts, and competitive dynamics
- Develop compelling narratives that translate raw data into strategic takeaways for institutional clients
- Partner with data engineers and product developers to design new research offerings and improve existing features
- Support client engagement by contributing to presentations, webinars, and media inquiries alongside Sales and Client Strategy teams
- Earn the confidence of top-tier investors by consistently delivering precise, actionable intelligence
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of three years in equity research, management consulting, or analytical roles with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated experience in business or financial analysis, particularly within consumer or consumer technology sectors
- Strong written and analytical skills, with a track record of producing structured, insightful reports
- Curiosity about technology and a willingness to develop coding proficiency in a SQL-first environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field

Work Model
