Responsibilities
- Design and train sophisticated large language and vision-language models, including multimodal systems
- Investigate and apply training techniques to improve model behaviors such as following instructions and using tools
- Build and refine data processing workflows and training infrastructure for distributed, large-scale model training
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to embed trained models into agentic AI frameworks
- Assess model outputs and report performance insights to relevant stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze emerging research in large models and related domains
