Responsibilities

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort offerings, seasonal promotions, and travel regulations
- Customize travel plans to meet individual or group client needs
- Assist with booking modifications and resolve any travel disruptions
- Promote special deals and new destination launches to existing clients
- Ensure all bookings comply with provider terms and travel requirements
- Follow up with clients before and after trips to enhance satisfaction
