As a Revenue Analyst, you will play a central role in shaping pricing and sales strategies by turning data into actionable insights. Your analysis of hotel and food & beverage performance will directly inform decisions that enhance revenue and market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate hotel revenue performance and market share to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage
- Analyze booking trends, occupancy patterns, and pricing data to support accurate sales forecasting
- Assess food and beverage operations to recommend strategies that improve profitability
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align revenue goals with business planning
- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to guide responsive pricing and inventory decisions
- Ensure business plans are on track to meet capacity and financial targets by identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders across departments
Qualifications
Required:
