Shape pricing intelligence through data
As a Revenue Management Analyst, you'll play a central role in refining how pricing algorithms perform across diverse markets. You’ll analyze real-world results, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-backed adjustments that directly influence revenue outcomes for short-term rental properties.
What You’ll Do
- Assess the effectiveness of pricing models and recommend algorithmic changes grounded in data analysis.
- Streamline workflows by identifying inefficiencies and introducing automation to boost accuracy and output.
- Deliver targeted reports on booking behaviors and pricing performance to support client success and internal strategy.
- Share findings and emerging trends with teams to promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of experience in revenue optimization or a hospitality-focused analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis platforms, with strong SQL skills to extract and interpret complex datasets.
- Ability to translate visualized data into clear, actionable insights.
- Reliable, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to precision—especially under tight timelines.
- Proactive approach to learning and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
