The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of the sales and go-to-market functions through process optimization, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, this role ensures that sales execution is supported by reliable systems, clear workflows, and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage deal processing and order entry with precision, supporting the Deal Desk in maintaining deal integrity and compliance.
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Customer Experience, and Finance, ensuring alignment on goals, policies, and operational requirements.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, escalating critical issues and recommending corrective actions to maintain reporting accuracy.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, enabling consistent adoption across teams and supporting training initiatives for sales representatives.
- Oversee commission calculations and conduct regular audits of deal structures and bookings to ensure financial accuracy.
- Design and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency, reduce friction, and support long-term revenue growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales operations, revenue operations, financial analysis, or related roles, ideally within a fast-paced software or SaaS environment. Familiarity with high-growth tech organizations or top-tier consulting firms is a plus.
Essential skills include proficiency with Sales CRMs, business intelligence platforms, data visualization tools, and advanced Excel capabilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to process excellence. Flexibility to work outside standard hours during critical business periods—especially at quarter-end—is expected, along with occasional travel to the headquarters.
