Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the organization's go-to-market technology ecosystem, including user access, data fields, workflows, integrations, and data quality across platforms.
- Enforce data-layer security through precise access controls using permission sets, profiles, and field-level restrictions, ensuring automated systems comply with user permissions.
- Design and implement automation to uphold sales process standards, including stage progression rules, handoff protocols, and territory assignment logic.
- Collaborate with revenue operations on system architecture, especially how CRM, billing, and customer success platforms interconnect, with increasing ownership over time.
- Extend systems expertise beyond CRM to related tools such as sales engagement, customer support platforms, and data enrichment services.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation including standard operating procedures and process maps for all managed systems.
