Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end robotics projects, covering planning, feasibility, execution, and post-launch phases.
- Establish project goals, scope, and deliverables in coordination with key stakeholders.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, and financial budgets.
- Collaborate with engineering, software, and operations teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
- Act as the main liaison connecting clients, leadership, and technical teams.
- Track project performance, monitor progress, and deliver regular status updates.
- Drive problem resolution and foster a culture of continuous improvement within project teams.
- Work closely with external vendors and suppliers to secure timely component and service delivery.
- Keep current with advancements in robotics and automation technologies.
- Lead technical design evaluations and recommend solutions that meet business and compliance requirements.
- Assess project health, manage escalations, and report on risks and potential delays.
- Support procurement by providing technical requirements and expert input.
- Willingness to travel to European locations up to 70% of the time, with occasional international trips.
