As a Senior Rust Engineer, you’ll play a central role in designing, developing, and maintaining a full suite of Edge software with a strong emphasis on identity systems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end development of critical components, taking full ownership from concept through deployment
- Collaborate with engineers to solve complex infrastructure challenges in production environments
- Design and implement systems-level code using Rust and related technologies
- Help define architecture for a new security platform serving a broad market
- Contribute to tooling, deployment processes, and operational reliability across cloud and on-premise systems
What We’re Looking For
You bring deep experience in systems programming and a track record of delivering robust software. You communicate clearly in English and thrive in self-directed environments.
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong foundations in Rust, Go, or C++
- Proven ability to own and deliver complex projects independently
- Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining software on Linux, Windows, or cloud platforms
- Comfort working in containerized environments and distributed systems
Nice-to-Have
- Direct Rust experience, especially async programming and low-level systems work
- Familiarity with Windows internals, .NET/C#, or installer tools like WiX
- Experience with Kubernetes, serverless, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Contributions to open-source projects or internal developer tools
