Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to support long- and short-term sales analytics strategy, contributing to the development and testing of compensation models including commissions, bonuses, and incentive programs
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy and integrity across all analyses, applying rigorous quality assurance practices
- Design and deliver analytics solutions for sales planning, agency performance, territory design, and post-initiative evaluation
- Develop and interpret A/B tests and predictive models in collaboration with data science, translating findings into actionable business recommendations
- Build and maintain advanced analytics frameworks for emerging distribution channels, including digital raters and API-based integrations
- Create intuitive dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau to communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product, IT, Data Science, and Sales teams to align analytics with evolving business needs
- Advocate for analytics-driven decision-making by identifying opportunities and proposing data-backed strategies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining delivery timelines
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field is required. Candidates should bring at least three years of experience in sales analytics, product management, or a related role within the property and casualty insurance sector. Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualization platforms is essential. Experience with scenario modeling, forecasting, and incentive program analysis is highly valued.
