Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound cold calls, design persuasive emails, and use social media and other channels to uncover and capture new sales prospects.
- Respond quickly to inbound leads to maximize conversion, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail in all communications.
- Apply strong communication abilities to make a positive first impression, using structured email and phone scripts to engage potential customers.
- Leverage research and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seamless.ai to support assigned representatives in identifying viable leads, while preparing for qualification and discovery conversations.
- Coordinate and manage calendars for sales calls, email campaigns, and other client engagements.
- Monitor lead pipelines and act swiftly to advance prospects through timely follow-ups and organized tracking.
- Collaborate effectively with teams across Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, and Operations to support company-wide initiatives.
- Work with the sales team to refine and enhance the sales development process through strategic input and innovation.
- Stay current on product and service details, maintaining sufficient knowledge to address customer inquiries accurately.
- Establish, track, and consistently aim to surpass sales targets, ensuring steady progress toward performance goals.
Compensation
Total OTE: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, with final offer based on qualifications, experience, and skills. Additional compensation may include stock options. Other benefits discussed during interviews.
