Shape the future of cardiovascular care by advancing access to life-enhancing aortic therapies through strategic sales development. In this role, you'll play a central part in expanding market reach and deepening customer engagement across Western Germany, starting with a strong focus on the Frankfurt region.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen opportunity tracking and drive consistent sales execution
- Design and implement account-specific development strategies to grow revenue and market presence
- Sell aortic devices and integrated services tailored to clinical and operational customer needs
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers to support long-term partnerships
- Align sales and marketing functions across organizational boundaries to deliver unified customer solutions
- Lead cross-functional account teams to ensure coordinated engagement and performance
- Meet and exceed sales targets within your designated territory
What We’re Looking For
- Formal education in a technical or business discipline
- At least three years of professional experience in sales or marketing
- Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations with strong business insight
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and digital sales tools
- Results-driven approach with a focus on goals and timelines
- Fluency in both German and English
- Willingness to travel within western Germany and occasionally abroad
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in medical devices or healthcare sales
- Familiarity with account-based selling methodologies
- Experience working in international or globally connected teams
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position with a primary remote setup. You’ll be based in the Frankfurt area, with initial field immersion to build hands-on experience. Regular domestic and international travel is expected as part of the role.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position in Germany is between 50,800 EUR and 76,200 EUR annually. A flexible benefits package supports employees at every stage of life and career.
