As a Salesforce Account Executive, you'll collaborate directly with our VP of Sales, Enterprise, and CEO, playing a critical role in our sales team targeting the Manufacturing vertical. You'll manage comprehensive sales processes, including lead management, pipeline creation, qualification, evaluation, and account management. This represents an exceptional opportunity for someone eager to make an immediate impact in an established brand within the AI and Salesforce ecosystem. Core Responsibilities: - Drive new business acquisition and pipeline development - Collaborate closely with Salesforce sales and customer success teams - Serve as primary customer engagement "quarterback" - Deliver quota-driven performance targeting new client acquisition - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and executive leadership - Maintain updated lead tracking and forecasting in Salesforce - Ensure exceptional customer experience - Acquire and maintain relevant Salesforce Certifications Required Experience: - 5-8 years enterprise software sales experience - 2-3+ years selling to Manufacturing sectors - Strong channel partner network knowledge - End-to-end Salesforce implementation sales expertise - Complex technology solution sales background Skills/Interpersonal Requirements: - Robust executive communication capabilities - Enthusiastic team player thriving in dynamic environments - Strong drive and company advancement passion - Bachelor's degree Organizational Culture: - Flexible remote/in-person work arrangements - Potential travel up to 25% - Trust-based work environment - Collaborative communication approach - Celebration of team achievements - Inclusive decision-making processes We offer an environment where innovation meets opportunity, enabling professionals to shape technological futures while enjoying a supportive, dynamic workplace.
