As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in advancing a unified CRM platform used by sales and service teams worldwide. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and architecture teams to define the strategic direction of the Salesforce environment, ensuring it aligns with enterprise goals and integrates effectively with backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on defining the long-term vision for the Salesforce platform
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and core business systems
- Ensure platform stability, scalability, and compliance with operating standards
- Lead enhancements that improve functionality for customer operations teams
- Advise business users on technical capabilities and best practices within Salesforce
- Refine development processes and support evolution of the team’s operating model
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, along with at least four years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL is essential. You should have a strong background in API integrations, REST and SOAP web services, and secure enterprise connectivity patterns.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks is required, as is familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), Copado DevOps, and robotic test automation is important for success in this role. Salesforce Certified Developer accreditation is preferred, and exposure to Mulesoft is a plus.
