Responsibilities
- Leads the creation of scalable Salesforce Health Cloud architectures that support clinical care models and organizational objectives.
- Builds and deploys custom applications and integrations on the Health Cloud platform, prioritizing performance and long-term scalability.
- Collaborates with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to convert business needs into actionable technical designs using user stories.
- Defines and promotes development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the Health Cloud environment.
- Provides technical guidance and mentorship to development teams across functions to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Ensures all systems adhere to healthcare compliance requirements such as HIPAA and HITRUST for data privacy and security.
- Manages testing protocols to validate solution reliability, functionality, and resilience.
- Produces clear technical documentation for systems and processes accessible to both technical and non-technical users.
- Keeps current with evolving Salesforce Health Cloud features and healthcare technology trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Enhances and maintains deployment and integration tools used within the Salesforce platform and broader engineering ecosystem.
