Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Solution Architects to define data requirements, align on objectives, and design effective integration strategies.
- Design and implement data models, prototypes, and end-to-end pipelines that support customer-driven outcomes.
- Investigate and develop parsing solutions for diverse scientific file formats, including .xlsx, .pdf, .txt, .raw, .fid, and proprietary vendor binaries.
- Ensure robustness and reliability by implementing unit and integration tests, along with reusable utility components.
- Lead quality initiatives across the engineering team, improving development practices and tooling.
- Drive Agile sprint execution, identify process bottlenecks, and implement practical improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making across design and implementation phases.
- Take ownership of delivering production-grade systems that meet critical customer needs.
