Monitor, Assess, and Respond to Security Events
As a Security Operations Analyst, you will continuously oversee integrated security systems, reviewing real-time alerts, video feeds, and motion data to evaluate potential threats. Using TMA-AVS-01 Alarm Validation Standards, you will classify incidents and determine the appropriate level of response, ensuring accurate and consistent decision-making across all client locations.
Real-Time Intervention and Escalation
- Issue verbal warnings through connected speaker systems to deter unauthorized activity.
- Follow defined protocols to escalate incidents, including contacting clients, alerting law enforcement, or dispatching patrol units when necessary.
- Maintain clear, professional communication during high-stress situations to ensure effective resolution.
Documentation and Operational Continuity
Record all activities in TrackTik, including Daily Activity Reports, Incident Reports, and event summaries. Conduct thorough shift handoffs to maintain seamless monitoring operations and ensure no critical information is lost between shifts.
System Oversight and Compliance
- Report technical issues such as camera outages or platform anomalies to leadership for resolution.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, confidentiality standards, and operational procedures at all times.
- Demonstrate accountability, attention to detail, and sound judgment while managing multiple monitoring queues simultaneously.
